I am a palliative care doctor in Ottawa, Canada. I wanted to create some resources to help palliative care patients, their caregivers and supporters, as well as their health care providers.

Much of this is currently (early 2022) under construction, but I intend on focusing primarily on the Palliative Care Companion and my Blog.

I will be more fully developing the ideas for “Atomic Palliative Care for Providers,” which is meant as a tool to allow any doctor, nurse or other allied health care provider the ability to easily integrate palliative care skills, philosophies and routines into their daily work lives.

I live with my wife, who is also a palliative care physician, my dog Lucy and cat Suzy, and we are joined periodically by my three kids while they progress through post-secondary education and their first jobs.
